General description of DxSoft Seatty

is a program to receive weather reports, navigation warnings and meteorological graphics transmitted in RTTY, Navtex, Pactor-1 fec and HF-Fax (Wefax) in long wave and short wave bands. You can decode GMDSS DSC messages (HF and VHF).

You can also automatically save NOAA (NWR equal) and your digital sheaders voice messages. No additional hardware is required: you only need a receiver and a computer with a sound card. The program’s work area is divided into several windows.
